This program designed to prepare educational leaders and teachers to meet the challenges of contemporary learning environments. This program provides students with a robust foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of teaching, informed by the latest educational theories and practices. The curriculum includes specialized educational content and incorporates advanced educational technologies, while emphasizing the importance of social awareness in educational settings across both public and private sectors.

The department offers two distinct specializations: English and Psychology. After the first year of study, students can choose to specialize in either the English or Psychology branch. The program is open to high school graduates from both scientific and literary streams. It spans four years, culminating in the award of a Bachelor’s degree in General Education.

Providing excellent educational quality by implementing creative and innovative strategies in both leadership and educational research, as well as utilizing modern teaching methods and techniques to ensure their contributions serve as effective forces in building society.

The objectives of the Department are to:

English Branch:

• Equip future educators with the skills to engage effectively with society and meet the evolving demands of professional development and academic standards.
• Provide high-quality education that fosters the advancement of knowledge, enhances teaching practices, and supports ongoing educational reforms and innovations.
• Develop innovative academic programs that address societal needs, combining both theoretical and practical knowledge to tackle educational challenges.
• Improve teaching efficiency by offering professional support and tailored training programs, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions worldwide.
• Promote active research collaborations with local and global universities and organizations by encouraging participation in academic conferences and workshops.

Psychology Branch:

• Design and implement innovative interventions to address modern psychological challenges and improve mental health and well-being.
• Encourage advanced research in psychology, fostering the exploration of new theories and practical studies that contribute to the field.
• Build partnerships with communities to support mental health awareness and outreach through applied psychology services.
